The Madras High Court is to hear a Chennai Super Kings petition seeking the quashing of its two-year suspension from the IPL. The High Court has found the petition of new CSK owners Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd maintainable and issued notice to the BCCI. In its affidavit, CSKCL said it had taken over the team from India Cements on February 20.
