Imported pulses will start arriving in India from today. The Centre will begin receiving tur (arhar) and urad imports, which are expected to ease prices of the key pulses. The country will receive 5,000 tonnes of the pulses imports by October 20. India will start receiving imported onions from the first week of October.

Ford India is to unveil an updated version of its hatchback Figo today. The model would essentially resemble the recently launched sedan Aspire sans the boot. The new variant comes 40 days after Ford launched the Figo Aspire compact sedan in the country.
