India and European Union will be holding talks today to push the stalled Free Trade Agreement talks. Negotiations on the India-EU FTA had started back in 2007 and the last formal meeting was held in 2013. Both the sides will identify the ‘hard issues’ and the ‘low-hanging fruits’.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the ongoing 15th ASEAN Summit and 12th East Asia Summit in Manila today. Modi will hold bilateral talks with Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte. The Government will launch the Bharat 22 ETF today to garner ₹8,000 crore. Bharat 22 is an Exchange Traded Fund that will track the performance of 22 stocks the government plans to pare its stake in. An upfront discount of 3 per cent will be offered to all categories of investors.

Footwear retailer Khadim India will debut in stock markets today. The price band for the IPO offer was fixed at ₹745-750 and it was oversubscribed 1.90 times during the offer period between November 2 and November 6.
