The GIHS, with a unique ‘Bid Your Price’ model, will run from November 29 to December 3. It will offer over 100 properties from 40 top builders in Chennai and Bengaluru.
Registered participants stand to win exclusive discounts and deals on these apartments. Users can register for free and place up to three bids for a nominal fee of ₹ 999+ taxes.
Commenting on GIHS, Rajiv Lochan, Managing Director and CEO of The Hindu Group, said that the mela targets the genuine Indian home-buyer who would be keen to close deals on a home before the end of the year.
The registration to GIHS is already open. There is no limit on the number of times a bid can be revised, and the registration amount will be refunded in full if the bids are rejected. Winning bids will be selected by the builders, and home buyers have up to 15 days post the end of GIHS to close the deal on their new home.
