The Madras High Court has dismissed a petition seeking health information on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalaithaa who is undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospitals.
Chief justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul has dismissed the public interest litigation filed by KR Ramaswamy saying it was a "publicity interest litigation''.
