The prime-accused in the illegal mining case involving Obulapuram Mining Company and Karnataka MLA Gali Janaradhana Reddy has filed a bail petition in the CBI court here on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the court has also posted its decision on a plea by Reddy seeking possession of his helicopter that was seized by the Central Bureau of Investigation earlier to January 22.
