Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group companies, has been appointed knowledge partner by the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
This partnership entails working with the Ministry in the areas of employability and entrepreneurship by providing thought leadership, conceptual frameworks, policies, and processes. Tata Sons will also play an advocacy role in actively promoting women’s participation in the labour force, Tata Sons said in a statement.
“We will endeavour to work closely with the Ministry to realise the vision which is compelling and inspirational,” said N. S. Rajan, Member – Group Executive Council and Group Chief Human Resources Officer.
