Railways will operate a special train between Lokmanya Tilak Terminal and Ernakulam on Konkan route from April 29.
A press statement by the Palakkad division of Southern Railway said here that train no. 01065 Lokmanya Tilak Terminal- Ernakulam special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminal at 1.20 p.m. on Tuesdays from April 29 to June 10, and reach Ernakulam at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays.
In the return direction, train no. 01066 Ernakulam-Lokmanya Tilak Terminal special will leave Ernakulam at 11.30 p.m. on Wednesdays from April 30 to June 11, and will reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminal at 3.10 a.m. on Fridays.
The special train will have one AC 2-tier, two AC 3-tiers, 10 sleeper class, three general second class and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
It will stop at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameswar, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Karwar, Murdeshwar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Kundapur, Udupi, Mangalore Junction, Kasaragod, Khanangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Thalassery, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttipuram, Shoranur, Thrissur, Aluva and Ernakulam town.
