DMK leader MK Stalin along with a number of party supporters were arrested at the Marina beach for protesting against today's floor test by Tamil Nadu chief minister Edapadi Palaniswamy in the Assembly.
Stalin was arrested in front of the Gandhi statue amidst thousands of party cadres who had assembled from around 3 pm.
Stalin and his supporters were taken in police vans to a hall in Mylapore, said a policeman in duty.
