Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to visit France, Germany and Canada from April 9 to April 16, the Ministry of External Affairs announced on Wednesday.
Briefing newspersons on the PM visit a spokesman of the Ministry of External Affairs said that the PM will be in France from April 9 to April 12 following which he will go to Germany till April 14. The Canada leg of Modi visit will extend from April 14-16, the spokesman said.
``The Prime Minister is also expected to visit one more city apart from the capitals of the three countries that he visits,” the spokesman said. In Germany the Prime Minister will be in Hannover for the Hannover fair in which India is the partner country.
India will also host the third India-Africa Forum Summit from October 26-30 this year. In a departure from past Summits India will invite the head of state or Governments of all 54 African states.
