The Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship (CCGC) at the Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore will host a discussion on ‘Organizational Sustainability’ with Dr Mukund Rajan as the distinguished speaker on December 15, as part of its Leaderspeak series.
Organizational Sustainability is a broad concept comprising complex and dynamic dimensions that are necessary to ensure surviving/thriving of an organisation. Organizational Sustainability depends on effectively managing some primary dimensions such as Strategic Sustainability, Product and Programme Sustainability, Personnel Sustainability and Financial Sustainability.
Dr Mukund Rajan is a Member of the Group Executive Council at Tata Sons and is the Tata Brand Custodian and Group spokesperson. He also serves as the Chief Ethics Officer of the Tata Group, and is the Chairman of the Tata Global Sustainability Council.
