Srinivasa Rao has been named the new Director of the National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM). The NAARM is a constituent of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Rao held various positions in the Council and the International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences, New Delhi.
