Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies has signed a memorandum of understanding with Stevens Institute of Technology, USA to strengthen their existing relationship.
Both the organisations are to work closely in the field of student exchange, faculty exchange and research programmes.
Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering, which is affiliated to Narsee Monjee, has entered into the agreement. The facility boasts of a Bosch Excellence Centre, an Accenture Innovation Lab, a CISCO lab and a Blackberry Lab.
“The objective of this agreement is to promote exchange of academics and innovation between the two institutes. Efforts will be made to encourage direct contact and research cooperation and exchange between our students, faculty members and expertise of the department,’’ said Rajan Saxena, Vice-Chancellor, Narsee Monjee Institute.
Apart from this, there would also be a combined bachelor/master degree programme, joint master degree programme and customised or open executive education programme for management or engineering professionals.
