Madurai Productivity Council (MPC) is organising a One-day workshop on ‘Excellence in Supervision’ at Hotel Mahajothi in Dindigul, near here on January 30.
Organised jointly with Optima Human Capital Services, the workshop is aimed at nurturing the talent at the supervisory/middle level employees in increasing the productivity, quality of service and build the morale among them to maintain the reputation of the organisation, delegate works and get them done.
The participation fee is ₹1,200 for MPC members and ₹1,500 for others, the release said.
