AAP to field Anita Pratap in Kochi

Celebrity journalist Anita Pratap is being fielded by the AAP from Ernakulam Lok Sabha constituency, currently held by Union Minister of State for Food, KV Thomas. Pratap, 55, who hails from Kottayam, rose to fame through her interview with LTTE leader V Prabhakaran for Indian Today in 1983. She has worked with Indian Express , Time and CNN. She is now an independent journalist, writer and social worker. Malayalam novelist, feminist and social activist Sara Joseph is the AAP’s candidate in Thrissur constituency.
