BPCL has launched its centralised IVRS refill booking system in Kerala.
The facility will enable customers to book refills on 24x7 basis without manual intervention.
The system was formally launched by Regional LPG Manager (South), P.K. Raghunathan at a function held at Ernakulam.
For all Bharatgas customers in Kerala there is only one centralised IVRS no. 9446256789.
Booking can be done only from registered mobile or landline phone of bonafide LPG customers. Once the mobile number or landline number is registered, the IVRS system automatically recognises the telephone number and identifies the consumer number.
Hence there is no need to punch the consumer number at the time of refill booking. For one-time registration of the telephone number, the customer can contact the distributorship or register through the Web site >www.ebharatgas.com.
