Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) will implement SAP’s bouquet of solutions for automating and centralising its public service offerings.
The solution, to be available in Hindi, will assist the BMC in managing functions such as issuances of marriage certificates, birth and death registrations, city infrastructure development and open space management.
It will also help in streamlining permits, health services, water supply, lake conservation, tax collection and other services, a press statement said.
