Four more airlines will shift operations to Chennai airport’s new international terminal from the old terminal.
Thai Airways and Singapore Airlines will shift on September 16 while Lufthansa Airways and Tiger Airways will move three days later, according to a press release from the Chennai Airport Director.
The Airports Authority of India has so far shifted operations of 12 airlines, including Jet Airways, Oman Air and Indigo, to the new terminal.
The next phase of shifting will be carried out between October 1 and November 15, the release said.
