A job in an IT firm could be highly rewarding financially but it comes with pressure and tension, impacting quality of life.

Recognising the need for intervention to bring in peace of mind at work place, Brahma Kumaris is going to organise SPIR-IT, a two-day event next month that adds the dimension of spirituality and yoga to IT professionals. It tied up with IT industry association of Hyderabad (HYSEA) and the Telangana Government to organise the event here. The event will have experts talking on Conscious Development to develop ‘Inner Resilience and Outer Agility’ to respond to difficult situations .

The event will be held on December 5 and 6 at the Brahma Kumaris Shanti Sarovar at Gachibowli. “The first edition of the summit will have a CXO summit where top executives of firms will engage in a dialogue on the issue,” an official of Telangana IT Department has said in a statement here.
