Catering to the financial needs of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a focus area for State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH), according to its Chief General Manager Jyoti Ghosh.
Speaking at workshop on the financial needs of MSMEs organised jointly by Dun & Bradstreet India and SBH here on Saturday, he said his bank had developed a wide array of products and services in order to cater to the evolving needs of the SME sector.
It had adopted cluster approach as a strategy to improve the credit flow to SME sector through industrial and artisan clusters across the country.
Preeta Misra, Director – Learning Solutions, D&B India said MSMEs were stepping stones of entrepreneurship development, innovation and risk taking behaviour.
The workshop was attended by entrepreneurs, owner-managers, proprietors, partners, non-finance and finance executives in medium enterprises as participants, according to a release.
