The e-mail management system of the State government will migrate to the new email solution provided by the National Informatics Centre with effect from August 13.
All government officials presently using official email ids have been requested to mandatorily obtain their new email login details by following the instructions provided in the webpage mail.kerala.gov.in, before that date, a notification by director, Kerala State IT Mission, said.
The e-mail management system covers around 8,000 employees including secretaries, private secretaries to ministers and secretariat staff, apart from a few other government departments outside the secretariat who use the mail ids for official communication.
