Train services between Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada section of the South Central Railway (SCR) in Andhra Pradesh were briefly disrupted in the morning hours after a locomotive developed a technical snag, officials said.
Several Vijayawada-bound trains, including Seshadri Express, Janmabhoomi Express, Ratnachal Express and Circar Express, were delayed by an hour after the engine of the Kakinada-headed Gautami Express developed a technical snag near Kadiam railway station, they said.
The train left for Kakinada after the railway officials fixed the problem and the services are now running on time, the officials added.
