Cyient, an engineering services, has announced an exclusive hackathon for UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) called Hackadrone 2018.
Being organised in association with Microsoft and Telangana government, the hackathon is open to developers, start-ups and tech students that want to develop commercial and industrial solutions using drone technology.
“We will provide all support required including providing drone platforms, mentoring, and expert help on SDKs (software development kits),” Jan Radtke, Vice President and Head (New Business Accelerator) of Cyient, has said in a statement on Wednesday.
“The hackathon is open for registration and a final list of candidates will be ready by January 25, 2018. A grand finale will be held in Hyderabad during February 5-9,” the statement said.
