State run Tamil Nadu Co—operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited —— AAVIN, has launched online facility in a move to simplify the application procedure and to woo new customers.
“On—line facility is available to consumers for getting new milk cards and also for renewing them every month.
Consumers can access www.aavinmilk.com and submit their applications online, an official release said.
The new cards would be issued to the applicants upon field inspection, it said.
Besides online facility, AAVIN said customers interested in getting membership can avail it from any of the 16 zonal offices of the Federation or at the 49 milk consumer cooperative societies present across the State.
In Chennai alone, the company supplies 7.15 lakh litres of milk through the milk cards, it said.
