AirBnb and Maharashtra tourism signed a MoU to promote affordable accommodation across the State, making AirBnb the alternative accommodation partner of Maharashtra Tourism.
The MoU aims at creating 50,000 host entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector in the next 5 years while improving their hospitality standards. AirBnb takes 3 per cent commission from host entrepreneurs.
