Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu, released a blueprint for the development of IT, and electronics industry in the State here on Monday.
The state targets to attract $5-billion investment into the sector by 2020.
The State Government is planning to replicate the start-up village model of Kerala in the new state.
