Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy has requested the Centre to give two more months time to implement the scheme of distribution of Aadhar-linked subsidy LPG cylinders in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and Ranga Reddy district.

A favourable decision is expected from the Union Petroleum Ministry by today evening or tomorrow, according to a statement from the Chief Minister's Office.

The CM has directed the officials to open 200 additional Aadhaar enrolling centres in addition to the present 210 functioning in the twin cities and Ranga Reddy district.

The Government has requested the consumers not to worry over this issue as a favourable decision is expected from the Centre.
