The DMK has allotted four seats to its ally Puthiya Thamizhagam for the forthcoming Assembly elections to be held on May 16.
An agreement to this effect was signed today by DMK party president M Karunanidhi and PT leader Krishnasamy, says an announcement by DMK chief in the social media.
With this, the DMK is left with 176 seats. It has already allotted 58 seats to its allies, including 41 to the Congress.
