The special court for Central Bureau of Investigation has on Friday permitted the Enforcement Directorate to question Kadapa Member of Parliament Mr Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in illegal assets case.
Mr Reddy was allowed to be questioned for his role as director of Jagathi Publications which brings out the daily `Sakshi’.
The questioning should be done in the Chenchalguda Jail between 10 am and 5 pm till July 21 from tomorrow, the court said.
