B. Ramakrishna Raju to head AAP’s Andhra unit

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has appointed anti-graft and RTI activist B. Ramakrishna Raju as the Convenor of its Andhra Pradesh State Campaign Committee for the Lok Sabha elections.

“The campaign committee will coordinate and oversee all AAP activities in the State until the elections. The committee may be expanded in the future as needed,” an AAP release said.

The other members of the Andhra Pradesh Campaign Committee are R. Venkat Reddy, educationist and social activist,  Jasveen Jairath, convenor of  Save Our Urban Lakes, Kirankumar Vissa, social activist and expert on farmers’ issues, Syed Bilal, activist with Street Hawkers’ Federation and Human Rights Forum, Vijay Kumar, dalit activist and Ravi Chandra, a High Court advocate, the release added.
