Brigade Group has launched its Brigade Value Homes, a part of the Brigade Orchards, at Devanahalli in Bangalore.
The Rs 1,500-crore mixed use development is spread over 100 acres. The company has roped in Classic and Valmark as its joint venture partner.
According to Mr S.V. Ravi, general manager, BCV (Brigade Classic Valmark) Developers, “The first two blocks, Aspen and Banyan, will together have a total of 528 apartments of two bedroom (1,000 square feet) and three bedroom (1,200 square feet) with a total saleable area of about 5.8 lakh square feet.”
“The total revenue potential for us will be in the range of about Rs 160 crore,” he added.
