CMC Academy, a subsidiary of CMC Ltd and provider of IT education, has launched its authorised training centre at WHC Road, Nagpur. CMC Ltd is a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services.
Arun Varma, CMC’s Global Business Head for Education and Training, said that the academy would offer education and training to help students to go beyond their regular classroom teaching and develop their skills.
Nagpur is a major education centre in central India and is one of the country’s growing hubs.
CMC Academy, Nagpur, will offer a flagship diploma programme like CMC GRAD in software engineering and IT infrastructure management and its accelerated version for 2013 graduates; CMC EDGE, an advanced diploma for engineering and science graduates and a host of entry-level and high-end short-term courses for professionals.
CMC will also offer assistance in placement on selected programmes.
