DMK today concluded the seat identification for two of its minor allies, allotting them Perambur and Perambalur (SC) constituencies for the May 16 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
The Perambur constituency in the city has been allotted to Perunthalaivar Makkal Katchi headed by N R Dhanapalan, while Perambalur constituency has been allotted to Samuga Samathuva Padai Katchi floated by former IAS officer P Sivagami.
The party had yesterday finalised seats for three of its allies — IUML (5), MMK (5) and Puthiya Tamizhagam (4).
DMK, leading the alliance, has allotted 58 seats to allies, including Congress (41), and is set to contest 176 seats out of the 234 at stake.
