The DMK will come out with its election manifesto on April 10, party Treasurer M K Stalin said here on Friday. “Kalaignar (Karunanidhi) will release the election manifesto on April 10,” Stalin told reporters.
DMK had earlier set up a panel under senior leader and former Union minister TR Baalu to prepare it. Speculation is rife that the party could offer freebies as it had done in the past — like promising free colour TV sets in 2006 elections that it won.
