As Andhra Pradesh is bifurcated into two States in a few hours from now, almost all the electronic transactions in Andhra Pradesh have been put on hold till tomorrow morning (till afternoon in some cases) to facilitate transfer of data.
Mee Seva, the flagship government-to-citizen services portal, has stalled all the transactions for the last two days. The electronic window for all government services will resume only after 8 pm on June 2.
Similarly, the Transport Department of Andhra Pradesh have closed the servers for public access yesterday. The services are expected to resume tomorrow, the appointed day for the bifurcation of the State.
