Genext Students raises funds worth $ 250,000

Genext Students, India’s first AI-powered O2O education solutions platform, has raised $ 250,000 (Rs. 1.71 crore) in a bridge round from undisclosed investors.

After having established an education ecosystem that brings quality home tutors and proprietary content (online and offline) to the doorstep of parents and students, Genext Students is eyeing its next level of growth post this round of capital infusion. It will leverage the funds raised to fuel its expansion plans in terms of services and markets while also making its tech backbone more robust, according to a press release.

Genext Students enables personalized learning for students and provides real-time progress updates to parents. For the tutors, it is a cloud-based tutoring management system. Its services are live in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Lucknow. In addition, it also has over 12.5 lakh users of its digital study content, Ali Asgar Kagzi, Co-founder, said.
