Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) will soon open its branches in Karimnagar, Ongole and Warangal. “Andhra Pradesh is home for eight of the 129 ICAI branches in the country. We are planning to open more,” ICAI Central Council Member J. Venkateswarlu said.
Addressing the national convention of the institute here on Sunday, he said there were huge opportunities for CA candidates in banking, insurance and software industries. He said the number of students pursuing CA course had gone up as demand for IT courses dwindled.
