The 147th meeting of the Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in Bangalore has elected the following as office-bearers: Baiju Ramachandran, Chairman; Nagendra D. Rao, Vice-Chairman; Ramasubramaniam C., Secretary; and Visweswara Rao A., Treasurer.
Gopalakrishna Hegde, Sridharan R., and Sudhir Babu C. are ex-officio members. Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai, and Ashok Thakkar are co-opted members. Other members are Dwarakanath, Marthi S.S., Ravi B., and Ramasamy K.
