A four-day international conference on emerging innovations in ceramics, glass and refractories will begin here on Tuesday at CSIR-IICT Auditorium, Tarnaka here.
It will be formally inaugurated on December 13 by G Sateesh Reddy, Scientific advisor to Defence Minister & Director General, Missile and Strategic systems, according to a release.
Over 500 delegates from 20 countries including the US ,UK, Germany, France, Japan, Italy, China, Korea ,Singapore , Bangladesh will be participating in the meeting besides 30 exhibitors who will showcase latest products and technologies.
The Indian Ceramic Society (InCerS) is organising the conference in association with Indian Institute of Ceramics(IIC), All India Pottery Manufacturers Association (AIPMA), International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI) and CSIR- Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT).
