Meghalaya Chief Minister Mukul Sangma today inaugurated a Meghalaya chapter of the Institute of UN Studies offering six months diploma courses on the United Nations which would begin on December 15.
The Chief Minister said that allocation of a larger plot of land was under process and hoped that new institute would help in bridging the gap between a developing Meghalaya and a developed one.
