The Central Bureau of Investigation is questioning K. V. P. Ramachandra Rao today in the illegal assets case of Kadapa MP and Y. S. R. Congress Party chief Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy.
Rao played a key role in many decisions taken by late Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy as his advisor with Cabinet rank.
Rao, who received summons from the CBI on Friday, came to its temporary office at Dilkusha Guest House here around 11 am this morning.
According to sources, the investigating agency might prefer a video recording of his statements.
