Telangana Rashtra Samithi President K Chandrasekhara Rao has won from Medak Lok Sabha seat with a huge majority of 4.75 lakh votes.
KCR has also contested and won from Gajwel Assembly constituency in the same district.
He is likely to retain the Assembly seat and become the first Chief Minister of Telangana State.
