The Karnataka government on Friday announced five per cent hike in House Rent Allowance for its employees in Bangalore city.
The HRA of government servants working in Bangalore city will be enhanced to 30 per cent of their basic pay from the existing 25 per cent, Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar announced in his 2013-14 budget proposals presented to the state assembly.
