Twenty-year-old Rashmi Sundaresh Aursang, a classical dancer on wheel chair, comes from Sedam in Karnataka. Crippled waist down for a neurocentric cyst in her spinal cord, she is one of the 21 contestants, who have made it to the final round of a talent competition among B K Birla Group flagship Kesoram Industries’ 20,000 employees and their family members.
The final round of the competition – TALENTRAMA -- would be held on September 15 in Kolkata, Kesoram said in a statement. The judges for the Grand Finale are Mahesh Bhatt, film director, producer and screenwriter; Usha Uthup, singer; Priti Patel, dancer and Monali Thakur, playback singer.
