All India Plastics Industry Association (AIPIA) and Dubai-based trade fair organiser Verifair have teamed up to organise India's first petrochemicals, plastics, packaging and printing (P4) Expo in April next year.
This P4 Expo will take place at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.
"This - P4 Expo India 2016 - is being held at an important time for our economy in conformity with the Make in India programme of our Prime Minister. With a high level of international participation, I am sure, it will help the industry here in India to grow, prosper and excel," Hansraj Ahir, Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Hansraj Ahir, said in a statement.
Global P4 giants are expected to participate in the expo which will host country pavilions from China, South Korea, Taiwan, the European Union, Iran, Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
