Metro Cash & Carry, after ten years of operations in Bangalore, has opened its third wholesale distribution centre in the city.

The new Metro outlet is located on Hosur Road near Electronic City and is the 16 wholesale centre in the country.

The store has been built with an investment of Rs 70 crore and is spread across 60,000 square feet. It is smaller when compared with the company’s two earlier large-format outlets in Yeshwanthpur and Kanakapura Road.

Metro’s latest outlet aims to serve small and mid-sized traders, offices, caterers, multi-cuisine restaurants and hotels near Electronic City.
