The BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will hold a series of election rallies in the Seemandhra region along with the TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and actor and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan.
Modi is expected to reach the temple town of Tirupati on April 30 and hold a public meeting there in the evening. After overnight stay at Tirupati, on May 1, he will have darshan of Lord Venkateshwara at Tirumala and later visit Srikalakashtri temple. From then on, he will hold a series of public meetings at Madanapalle, later at Nellore, Guntur and Bhimavaram.
At Bhimavaram, senior Congress leader and former minister K.S. Rao will formally be inducted into the BJP. From there he will visit Vizag and hold a meeting, according to BJP national spokesperson Prakash Javadekar.
Addressing a press conference here today, Javadekar said that the TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao, has been speaking falsehood and making uncalled for statements against Modi.
Referring to his statements, he said each time he speaks ill of Modi, people will vote against him. He does not realise, that the Bill to facilitate T-state would not have been passed but for the support of BJP.
He alleged that the TRS Chief during his recent meetings and election campaign did not utter one word against Congress. This only shows that he has some sort of an alliance with Congress. He said TRS was like the B team of Congress.
Javadekar said that the NDA will come to power with absolute majority.
