The Madhya Pradesh Government has set a target of providing Aadhaar numbers, a 12-digit individual identification number, to its entire 7.25 crore population by June.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Chairman of Unique Identification Authority of India Nandan Nilekani held a meeting in this regard here last evening, an official release said.
It was also decided that those district collectors in the State, who are doing good work in this regard, would be awarded at the national as well as State levels, it said.
