Nandan Nilekani, Congress party candidate from Bangalore South, has lodged a compliant with the Election Commission (EC) against BJP candidate H N Ananth Kumar over blatant violation of EC code for banners at polling stations across Bangalore South.
Nilekani has released to media the screen shot (from his mobile phone) of response from the EC on the violation and photographs of polling stations across Bangalore South constituency, where rules have been violated.
