The local chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has elected new office-bearers to its managing committee. Jayashree CO is the new chairperson and Jeevan Varghese is secretary. Jayashree is currently the Company Secretary of the Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence. Varghese is serving a leading multinational as Company Secretary and compliance officer.
